Originally I was recruited at the IAEA to redesign the Website of the
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), headquartered in
Vienna, Austria.

During the initial interviewing process with most of the stakeholders
we realized that we had to start working at "ground zero" first, defining
the visual identity of the IAEA before anything else.

I divided this task into five sections: the logo, the colors, the fonts,
the slogan, and photo art direction.

After several review meetings with the senior management my proposal was approved and received with great enthusiasm.

We decided to "soft launch" the new visual identity to avoid major obstruction in the workflow of the agency.
